Between tradition and innovationThe project of the cellar was made by Giovanni Leoncini in the 90’s. He was a very important chartered surveyor, that asserted himself in wine production. The cellar has modern vinification techniques, but respecting the traditions. Vernaccia wine vinifies inside stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Red wines vinify in cement vats. The best wines, Vernaccia Rialto and Rosso Serreto, after the fermentation, stay in barriques of French oak in a special underground cellar.
