RialtoVernaccia di San Gimignano DOCGRialto is made of the best bunches of Vernaccia di San Gimignano grapes. It is aged few months in barriques and after in glass. Colour: deep and bright straw-yellow. Aroma: rich and elegant bouquet, with flowery notes and vanilla notes. Flavour: Harmonic and persistent. Alcohol Content: 13,5% vol. Food and wine pairing: light hors d’oeuvre, boiled meat, fish and shellfish. Serve it at: 14° – 18° C. |
