 Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCGThe grapes of our vineyards are handpicked and immediately pressed. After a cold settling the fermentation process starts. Later rests over the lees for three months. Our vernaccia is a fresh wine, with a good acidity, distinguished by a good minerality that invites you to drink one glass after another. Perfect for the aperitif, this wine matches perfectly with fish menus, vegetarian first courses and Tuscan soups. It can combined with white meat and, why not, pizza! |  "Rialto" Vernaccia DOCGWe select the grape from our oldest vineyard that is 48 years old. The grape is pressed after 18 hours long cold maceration. The fermentation is natural, and the wine rests over the lees for other six months. This is a good structured and elegant vernaccia, complex and never expected. Its great minerality makes it excellent for the refining in bottle. It matches perfectly with shellfish, try it with cheeses, white and boiled meat. |  "Prima Luce" Vernaccia DOCGFrom vernaccia’s old vineyard, east exposed, this white wine was born with a strong personality. The fermentation happens in terracotta, on the skins for the first two weeks. We add to the grape just a few sulfites and a lot of passion. The wine rests over the lees for one year and refines for a few months in oak. Dried fruit and aromatic herbs aromas, makes it perfect for blue or seasoned cheeses. We love it with boiled meat. |

The maceration lasts one week, the fermentation is natural. This wine is not designed for wine tasting but for your table! Try it with any Tuscan food and you won’t be disappointed! |

 "Donna Flavia" IGT Rosso ToscanaCiliegiolo is an autochthonous Tuscan vine variety. During the past it was commonly used to soften the Sangiovese grape. Donna Flavia is a fruity feminine wine because it is made with Ciliegiolo (85%). Sangiovese and Colorino complete the blend, in order to maintain an important structure. |  "Serreto" IGT Rosso ToscanaOur best Sangiovese and Merlot grape ferment separately in small cement vats, without added yeasts and with handmade pressing. The long maceration, at least three weeks long, produces a full bodied wine, structured and elegant. The aging in oak for a few months underlines its spicy notes.
